We are an expanding friendly company based in London and recruiting a permanent IT Support to join our team. The successful applicant will be part of a small but busy team providing predominantly technical support and advice on our products along with customer service and sales support to our customers. TThe job is a varied role and requires the successful candidate to be versatile and motivated, with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Provide telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their systems and ensure that the customer is satisfied.
Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and pass to the upgrades team.
Report 3rd party faults and pass to the relevant department where necessary.
Use available broadband diagnostic tools to identify and resolve broadband faults.
Support the technical team in additional areas where required.
Carry out general administration duties such as filling, logging calls, database administration etc.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, 1st and 2nd Line support.
Experience in Android applications.
Strong knowledge of networking including; routers, switches and IP addresses.
Good communication skills both on the phone and in person.
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and shows enthusiasm to all duties.
