Responsibilities:
Processing employees expenses
Entering purchase ledger invoices.
Credit checking new clients
Dealing with the onboarding of new subcontractors and employees
Assisting with sales ledger, tying up paperwork as and when required
Receiving client purchase orders and converting quotes to jobs
Assisting with other accounts functions
Some ad-hoc admin and accounting duties
Ability to follow processes and pick up new software and systems quickly
Team player but able to work on your own initiative when required
This is a good opportunity for someone to have a varied position in a busy, but small, accounts team within a growing business.
Experience:
Accounts: 3 years accounts experience(required)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
