As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client's success stories, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly within time and budget constraints. Reporting to the Account Director, you'll be the linchpin between client aspirations and our company's capabilities. Your mission: to foster strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and maintain meticulous financial management.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain close relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
Proactively identify opportunities for additional collaboration and business growth.
Provide accurate project quotes and oversee the invoicing process.
Collaborate closely with clients to develop comprehensive project briefs.
Act as a liaison between clients and the Creative team, ensuring clear communication.
Coordinate with teams to ensure high-quality project delivery within set deadlines and budgets.
Oversee project management activities and ensure seamless workflow.
Delegate tasks to the assigned Account Executive and evaluate their performance.
Contribute to employee recruitment, appointment, and induction.
Provide coaching and growth opportunities for direct reports.
Foster creativity, collaboration, and high performance within your team.
Share knowledge and experience with colleagues across teams.
Maintain and update project management tools with accurate and current information.
Promote best practices in administrative duties and housekeeping.
Requirements:
Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business management, or relevant Diploma (desirable).
Demonstrated expertise in Account Management within an agency environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
