You'll be leading on client accounts, developing strategies and developing campaigns for some creative and luxurious brands. You will be the first hire In their digital team, so you will also help shape and develop the digital arm of the agency.
Responsibilities:
Support the Managing Director on how to grow the digital service offering at the agency.
Support clients as well as the agency in cross selling their creative into digital and social accounts.
Be the main point of contact for the agency on digital servicing and constantly keep clients updated on the performance of posts and timelines.
Provide insight into the market and the latest trends in digital, content and social media that can be utilised for your clients.
Use digital and social media listening and analytical tools to report on post-performance, using insight to inform future decision-making.
Work with SME to execute day-to-day digital activities such as content planning, posting, community management and reporting.
Advise clients on paid social strategy, where necessary.
Develop insightful and detailed reports for your clients.
Requirements:
Currently at Digital Marketing Manager level, with previous agency side experience.
5+ years of digital and social experience.
Comfortable devising strategy but also being hands-on in the campaign delivery.
Obsessed with digital channels and social media including TikTok, Insta, Facebook etc.
Excellent presentation skills.
Previous experience and/or personal love for Luxury goods.
