This role is critical to driving revenue, enabling strong and collaborative relationships across the company, and enabling team ways of working. As a leader in the team, you will lead on the overall marketing strategy for EMEA, developing new ways of working, processes, and delivery mechanisms for your team. Your leadership will inspire them to work collaboratively and deliver consistently excellent results across all our segments.
Responsibilities:
Develop effective national and local campaigns that deliver performance
Work with Finance Analysts to give national and local campaigns rigour and measurable objectives, providing category data & performance insight to drive overall margin performance.
Provide insight on the latest market trends
Work with new openings teams to ensure support is provided around new openings
Maintain and be accountable for all time lines / deadlines regarding marketing activity/campaigns
Drive an ongoing implementation plan through digital and PR
