Responsibilities:
In consultation with the CFO and senior Business Finance leaders, develop a Procurement strategy that meets the needs of the business as it changes and evolves
Implement the Procurement strategy and report on progress
Play an active role in all major sourcing projects
In collaboration with Business Finance, champion the use of the Purchase to Pay system for IT Spend
Own the Procurement systems and continue to seek ways to automate more of the teams activities
Prepare regular reports including insightful analysis and commentary, drawing on trends
Proactively identify changes and improvements to the Procurement service offering, policies and practices,
Report on compliance against the Procurement Policies
Take the lead on the assessments and audits of Modern Slavery in our Supply Chain and contribute to the annual report
To ensure the team reflects the values of the firm in the way they interact and engage with Suppliers
Requirements:
Previous supply chain experience from a consumer/FMCG business (2+ years).
Ideally worked in consumer goods producing from Asia.
Ability to prioritize work and meet targets under pressure.
Good level of Excel knowledge/Google sheets.
Will have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask.
Will be pro-active.
Have a positive attitude with a strong passion for what they do.
