An opening exists within an established office seeking an experienced driven Secretary/Office Administrator to support the bustling Lettings and Sales Departments, with a flare for the role. With potential for advancements the successful Office Administrator will have a proven track record in an office environment and have at least 1 year experience.
Responsibilities:
Diary management
Preparing client letters/market reports
Responding to enquiries via telephone and email
Preparing property particulars
Managing uploads onto property websites/portals/social media
Preparing and printing direct marketing materials and mail merges
Sending clients marketing terms and conditions and ensuring receipt of client ID and associated documents/compliance
Liaison with book keepers
Lettings/Sales file constructions
Liaising with tenants, letting agents, contractors, our internal team as well as external clients (landlords & investors) on a daily basis
Maintaining client databases
Client satisfaction surveys and testimonials
Wide range of other duties as required by the team
